Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you and we'll do our best to help out. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The order can be cancelled in the first 24 hours after your original purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped to the customer, unfortunately, order cancellations will be unavailable at this point in time. In order to cancel your order, you may contact us via ourcontact page.
This applies only if you've received a fault or damaged item, you have up to 2 calendar days to return the item that you have ordered from Ilovemyhoneyot from the date you received it from the shipping company. First, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a genuine verified source of proof for the issue, only then we will be able to send you the address and details for the return once approved. We can not control how the shipping company you have preselected handles your package, therefore we can't take responsibility for any kerfuffles, inconveniences or damage along the way
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Unfortunately, items not returned in their original condition are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you encounter from us manufacture problems or defective products we will try to fix the kerfuffle, please contact us to file a claim and we'll do our best to assist you and you can go to a policy page for info regarding the matter. Ilovemyhoneypot is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping, but we will help you sort out the kerfuffle and work towards a satisfactory solution. If you received your package damaged or the product is missing, please immediately contact us to file a statement and we will try to do our best to help as soon as possible.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ilovemyhoneypot Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order in your specific country. All fees imposed only after ordering from us or after shipping are the full responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
