Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ilovemyhoneypot! We’re here to assist you if you encounter any issues with your order. If there's been a mix-up, feel free to reach out to us via email at info@ilovemyhoneypot.com or ilovemyhoneypot@gmail.com, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within the first 24 hours after purchase. However, if your order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, contact us via our contact page on our website, Instagram, Facebook, or email us at ilovemyhoneypot@gmail.com or info@ilovemyhoneypot.com.
By placing an order with I Love My Honeypot, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our policies and product descriptions. We reserve the right to decline order cancellations that do not comply with our stated policies. If an order cancellation is requested due to your fault, a credit card fee of 50 ILS will be charged to cover transaction cancellation costs and activating our warehouse workers.
Respect and Communication
Please remember that there is a real human behind our customer service. We strive to assist you with respect and care, and we expect the same in return. Poor or rude behavior towards our team will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline your requests or further communication. Let’s work together respectfully for a smooth and pleasant experience!
Returns
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you have 7 calendar days from the day you received it to return the item. Please contact us first with a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any necessary proof. Once we review the case, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Important: We do not accept returns or issue refunds if the product simply doesn’t suit you or if you didn’t like it. Each individual is unique, and it may take some time to get accustomed to using our menstrual cups. We recommend following our instructions and usage tips. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.
Please note that any menstrual cups, discs, pads, or underwear that have been used or have had their packaging seal broken are not eligible for return or refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies. If the returned item is not in its original condition, a refund may not be issued.
Refunds- Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981:
To cancel a transaction in accordance with the law for transaction cancellation, the consumer must meet all of the following conditions:
- The transaction was conducted remotely or at the business premises.
- The transaction was made within 14 days of its execution.
- The product or service was not damaged.
- The product or service remains in its original packaging.
Products purchased at a discount or from discounted pages are not eligible for refunds unless the product is damaged. In such cases, the damage must be reported and proven before the box is opened or the product is used.
What Can Be Canceled The law allows consumers to cancel transactions for a variety of products and services, such as:
- Products with a fixed price.
- Services that can be cancelled.
- Services that may be cancelled subject to a cancellation fee.
If we observe poor or rude behaviour towards our team, we reserve the right to determine whether it violates our Respect and Communication policy. In such cases, we may decline requests in accordance with HTSA"A-2010 and the Consumer Protection Act, 1981, if the customer has not met all the requirements outlined above according to HTSA"A-2010.
How to Cancel a Transaction To cancel a transaction, the consumer must notify the business of the cancellation in writing, by registered mail, fax, or electronic message. The notice should include the transaction details, the consumer's name, and their ID number.
Discounts
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and can be used only once per customer. Terms and conditions for each coupon vary depending on the specific product or promotion. Discount codes cannot be combined with other forms of discounts, as a portion of our profits goes towards supporting cervical cancer charities in developing countries.
Policy for Open or Damaged Product Boxes
At I Love My Honeypot, we ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your product box is damaged or opened during transit, here’s what to do:
1. Reporting a Damaged or Open Box
Contact us at info@ilovemyhoneypot.com or ilovemyhoneypot@gmail.com with:
Photos of the damaged box and shipping label.
A description of the issue.
2. Shipping Company Inquiry
If the damage is caused by the shipping company:
We’ll open an inquiry with them.
A replacement will be sent only after their response. This process may take time.
3. Immediate Exchange Option
To avoid waiting, you can visit our Tel Aviv pick-up point at Tel Giborim 5 to exchange the damaged product for a new one. Please bring the damaged product and box.
4. Conditions
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The damaged box must be retained as proof for the inquiry.
