Shipping Options:
For orders under 500 shekels, we regret to inform you that free shipping cannot be provided. This decision aligns with our commitment to fair-trade practices and covers essential expenses. Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping Policy:
At Ilovemyhoneypot, we prioritize offering optimal shipping solutions regardless of your location. Each day, we dispatch numerous orders globally, ensuring prompt and efficient service. Please note that Ilovemyhoneypot is not accountable for any extra charges incurred. Delays beyond initial delivery estimates may arise due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipment Returns and Accountability:
a. If a delivery bag arrives damaged, customers are required to reject the delivery to qualify for a refund.
b. Failure to respond to shipping company communications leading to package returns absolves Ilovemyhoneypot of responsibility. In such instances, if return shipping charges apply, we reserve the right to recharge the customer.

Third-Party Shipping Companies:
a. Our shipping services are facilitated by third-party entities over which we lack direct control or legal liability.
b. Ilovemyhoneypot is not liable for the actions, conduct, or communications of third-party shipping companies toward clients or non-clients.
c. Any issues or disputes with third-party shipping companies should be directly addressed with them. However, we will assist clients in resolving such issues within our capabilities.

24-Hour Shipping Policy
We strive to provide 24-hour shipping wherever possible, but due to the current situation in Israel, the locations we can deliver to within this timeframe may vary daily. These changes are influenced by IDF restrictions and adjustments made by our insurance provider, factors entirely beyond our control. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and share in the hope that this challenging situation will come to an end soon.

General Provisions:

Limitation of Liability:
a. While we aim for accurate and dependable shipping services, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness.
b. Ilovemyhoneypot shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to shipping services.
c. Our total liability, whether contractual or otherwise, concerning these terms and shipping services, shall not exceed the specific shipment's amount paid by the customer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and shipping services are governed by Israeli laws.
b. Disputes related to these terms or shipping services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed promptly during standard business hours. Please note that delivery times are estimated within business hours and exclude order processing time. Upon verification and processing, we will send a confirmation email.

Shipping Time:
This refers to the duration from warehouse/manufacturers to the final destination. After processing, items typically arrive within 2 - 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delays may occur due to various factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Upon shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with active tracking numbers within 24 hours.

Checking Order Status:
You can check order status using the provided tracking number, with tracking information usually available within 48 hours.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
In case of damaged items, contact us immediately with relevant details for resolution. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their orders post-shipping.

Damages:
For manufacturer defects or damaged products, contact us to file a claim. Keep packaging materials and damaged goods for claim processing. While we are not liable for shipping-related damages, we'll assist in finding a satisfactory solution.

Delays and answering your phone:
When you order from
*I Love My Honeypot*, you’re agreeing to our terms of use, which means you’ll need to respond to the delivery company when they reach out via phone call, text, or email. If you don’t answer and receive your package, it will most likely be delayed. If there’s no response the second time, your package will probably be returned to our storage, and you’ll need to pay for the re-shipping costs. To avoid delays and extra charges, please make sure to stay in touch with the delivery company and answer their phone calls.

All pick-up orders can be collected from:

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. If you decide to come by before receiving this email, please keep in mind that your order may not yet be prepared, and we might not be able to speed up the process on the spot. If you need it sooner, feel free to reach out to us—we’re here to help!

Pick-Up Option
We’re excited to offer a pick-up option for our customers! We know there are some questions about why we charge for pick-ups, so we’d love to explain.

To make sure your orders are ready and waiting for you quickly and securely, we cover several costs behind the scenes. There’s a fee to leave packages at the pick-up location, plus we compensate the team member who carefully packs each order.

We’re actively working on ways to reduce this charge in the future, but for now, it’s necessary to keep our process running smoothly. Thanks for understanding, and we’re thrilled to offer this service as a convenient option!
