Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.
If for some reason we've confused up your order, please contact us via email to info@ilovemyhoneypot.com and we'll be sure to sort the problem out asap.

Please take into consideration that getting the hang of using our menstrual cups may take a while (depending on you). We strongly advise you to follow our instructions and use our or the cups leaflet recommendations 

 Order Cancellations

The order can be cancelled in the first 24 hours after your purchase. If the order was already shipped to the customer, unfortunately, order cancellations will be unavailable.

In order to cancel your order, you may contact us via our contact page or at info@ilovemyhoneypot.com.

 

Returns

If you received a fault/damaged item, you have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it from the shipping company.

First, you will need to contact us with a full explanation to why you're not satisfiyed with the product, then be sure to send over all the proofs for the issue, then we will be able to sort out the kurffle. Please note, we cannot refund any of the cups, pads or knickers which have been used or if the packaging has been opened. We take quality control seriously but if for some reason a proven faulty product has slipped under our cautious radar, please contact us so we can try and sort out the issue at hand.

We attempt to ensure the best period cups, menstrual undies and period pads to best suit your needs, there's a chance that the product you have purchased  may not be your perfect fit as eveyone is unique. Unfortunately we cannot refund you if the product is not your perfect fit or generally not to your liking.

 We have multiple sections on the website that contain lots of ussage tips on how to get started and take care of your products. If you have any other questions regarding the matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds

We attempt to ensure the best period cups, menstrual undies and period pads to best suit your needs, there's a chance that the product you have purchased  may not be your perfect fit as eveyone is unique. Unfortunately we cannot refund you if the product is not your perfect fit or generally not to your liking.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. In some cases, when the items are not returned in original condition, they may not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
