When you purchase under 500 shekel of goods, unfortunately we will not be able to offer free shipping due to the fact that it would not support fair-trade (which is our goal) and not cover expenses. We do no offer at the moment worldwide shipping.

Shipping Policy

At Ilovemyhoneypot our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we dispatch up to hundreds of orders to customers across the globe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times. We would like to add the Ilovemyhoneypot is not responsible for any additional charges incurred. If orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, this will cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

  1. Shipment Returns and Accountability: a. If the customer fails to respond to the shipping company's communication attempts regarding a shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the origin, we cannot be held accountable for the return. In such cases, if the shipping company charges us for the return shipment, we reserve the right to recharge the customer for the shipment. b. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer regarding the return of the package and any additional charges before recharging the customer.

  2. Third-Party Shipping Companies: a. Our shipping services are provided through third-party companies over which we have no control or direct legal liability. b. We are not responsible for any actions, behavior, or communications of the third-party shipping companies towards our clients or any other individuals who are not our clients. c. Any issues or disputes arising from the actions of the third-party shipping companies should be addressed directly with the respective company. d. However, we will make our best efforts to assist our clients in resolving any issues that arise with the third-party shipping companies, within the limits of our capabilities.

General Provisions:

  1. Limitation of Liability: a. We strive to provide accurate and reliable shipping services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the shipping services. b. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our shipping services. c. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to these terms and the shipping services provided, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific shipment in question.

  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These terms and the provision of shipping services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the shipping services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

Processing time

 We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please take into consideration that the stated delivery times are estimated for within business hours, this does not include any time for processing your order. We will be sure to email your confirmation once the order has been verified and gone through to the next step.

We take tailoring, quality check, and packaging very seriously to ensure the best for you. In the case that we have sold out of a certain product, we'll be sure to contact you and update you regarding the matter so we can contact the manufacturer to supply us and you with your desired period product. We will be sure to order dispatch within 24 hours after the order was placed and approved. The manufacturer and worlds post will then process  the orders, which can takeup to 14 business days.

Shipping time

 This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse/manufacturers to its final destination. After receiving your order confirmation email, processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 - 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at their final destination. Delivery delays may occur due to your location, shipping postal service problems, Covid-19  safety restrictions, governmental inquiries, force majeure and more.

If we are experiencing a large magnitude of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We are working with manufacturers from all around the globe in order to support small businesses and fair-trade, this is why every item may arrive on its own in different cases.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to force majeure or any other inconvenience.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ilovemyhoneypot.com with your name and order number, then we will gladly look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ilovemyhoneypot.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and a explanatory note. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try to do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ilovemyhoneypot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

 Damages

If you encounter from us manufacture problems or defected products we will try to fix the kerfuffle, please contact us to file a claim and we'll do our best to assist you and you can go to a policy page for info regarding the matter. Ilovemyhoneypot is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping, but we will help you sort out the kerfuffle and work towards a satisfactory solution. If you received your package damaged or something is missing (after you receive all of the order), please contact us to file a statement and we will try to do our best to help.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
