Free worldwide shipping when you purchase over $100 worth of goods, when we offer free shipping – we mean it. There are no hidden fees to our free shipping.
When you purchase under $100 of goods, unfortunately we will not be able to offer free shipping due to the fact that it would not support fair-trade (which is our goal) and not cover expenses. We offer worldwide shipping for $10-$26 for goods under $100.

At Ilovemyhoneypot our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we dispatch up to hundreds of orders to customers across the globe, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times. If orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, this will cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please take nto consideration that the stated delivery times are estimated for within business hours, this does not include any time for processing your order. We will be sure to email your confirmation once the order has been verified and gone through to the next step. We take tailoring, quality check, and packaging very seriously to ensure the best for you. In the case that we have sold out of a certain product, we'll be sure to contact you and update you regarding the matter so we can contact the manufacturer to supply us and you with your desired period product. We will be sure to order dispatch within 24 hours after the order was placed and approved. The manufacturer and worlds post will then process the orders, which can takeup to 14 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse/manufacturers to its final destination. After receiving your order confirmation email, processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 - 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at their final destination. Delivery delays may occur due to your location, shipping postal service problems, Covid-19 safety restrictions, governmental inquiries, force majeure and more.
If we are experiencing a large magnitude of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to force majeure or any other inconvenience.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, then we will gladly look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and a explanatory note. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try to do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you encounter from us manufacture problems or defected products we will try to fix the kuffel, please contact us to file a claim and we'll do our best to asist you and you can go to a policy page for info regarding the matter. Ilovemyhoneypot is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping, but we will help you sort out the kuffel and work towards a satisfactory solution. If you received your package damaged or something is missing (after you receive all of the order), please contact us to file a statement and we will try to do our best to help.
